I’m so excited to being my second year working of teaching at the nursery school!  I was first welcomed here as a parent five years ago when my oldest daughter was just 1 and in Parent & Me.  I have three children – Adara (7), Cesia (5) and Isaac (3).  After a former career in neuroscience, I am so happy to now be a full time mother and teacher.  When I’m not playing with the kids I can be found playing on the trails and racing ultramarathons.

I am so happy to be a Group 3 teacher again this year. I have worked at the Nursery School for 13 years. I studied Child Development at CSUN, and have taught in a variety of schools, preschool through high school. Preschool is my favorite age to work with because every day is a new, exciting and fun-filled day! I am looking forward to a wonderful school year.

Kerry Bublitz (Group 4 Teacher)

I’ve been a teacher at the nursery school for 25 years and a lead teacher in the Pre-K class for the last 17 years. We have some great units we study throughout the year including our starting units on the ocean, shapes and colors, and on nutrition and healthy bodies. We’ll also explore the alphabet’s beginning sounds starting in January. The children especially love the units on space, dinosaurs and artists. I look forward to a fun year getting to know your children and seeing them grow throughout the year into confident 5-year-olds ready to take on life!
