Woodland Hills Community Church (WHCC) welcomes children through age 12 to Sunday School each week during the worship service at 10:00am. We have two classrooms, our pre-school age “Zebra Class” and the elementary school age “Giraffe Class”. Our curriculum is designed for church families with a wide age range in each classroom. Lessons are taught using storytelling, games, arts & crafts and music in a fun and loving environment. At the conclusion of Sunday School the children join the congregation in the sanctuary to share something from their lesson and participate in the closing circle of sending.
WHCC is dedicated to providing a safe environment for all children. Every teacher and volunteer has had a National Criminal Background Screening completed. The 2017 Sunday School teachers are Emma Wilkins, Wayne Wilkins, Kathi McIlvain, Clark McIlvain, Gabriella Delman, Lyn Owen, and Sarah Churchill.
